Women seem to have a wealth of options available to them when it comes to keeping up their sartorial style during the winter months – so much so that it can feel as if there are very few options open to men. That couldn’t be further from the case though and with temperatures starting to dip, winds beginning to ramp up and snow and rain beginning to fall it’s time to get wrapped up to stave off winter’s chill.

Every fashionable man should have at least one pair of sturdy designer boots to his name – these can go with a range of outfits to either spark off a whole look or just act as practical protection for your feet against the snow and rain. Military style boots are very in this season and will set you apart from the pack of high street shop booted men on the street.

Snoods are also very in for men this season – man designers are coming out with highly stylish snoods in a range of styles and knits, so you’ll have little problem finding something that will match your look. If snoods aren’t your thing, a printed scarf can add a splash of colour to otherwise dark and dismal winter tones while keeping your neck nice and warm.

Of course there’s no winter clothing item more essential than a sturdy winter coat, but you needn’t sacrifice style to keep cosy. Men’s designer coats come in a wide range of thicknesses so you don’t have to compromise on looks to at the whims of the weather.
